- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements - Conduct data analysis and create visualizations using tools such as Visio - Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations - Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, use cases, and user stories - Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems or processes - Support project management activities such as creating project plans and tracking progress - Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Proficiency in using analytics tools and software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Note:
